Magic is wild and present in the lands of Wyrelande. There are five recognised Schools of Magic (though rumours of a sixth, hidden magic persist) the emcompass all known spells, curses and charms.

Magic

Masters of arcane magic and wielders of untamed elemental power, Mages are scholars of the mystical arts who have spent years studying ancient tomes and unlocking the secrets of the universe. Possessing unparalleled knowledge of spells, Mages can manipulate the forces of nature to scorch enemies with fire, freeze them in ice, or shatter their defenses with raw energy. Their intellect and wisdom allow them to cast devastating offensive spells, create barriers of protection, and bend the battlefield to their will.

Mages rely on focus, preparation, and strategy, making them ideal for players who enjoy tactical combat and mastering an arsenal of spells. Whether unraveling the mysteries of the arcane or commanding elements in battle, Mages are a force to be reckoned with, feared and respected by enemies and allies alike.

Destruction

The School of Destruction Magic focuses how to wield the arcane forces to deal destruction, damage and pain.

Silvershine Woods is a vast, ancient forest where silver leafed trees weave a shimmering canopy over winding trails, hidden glades and shadowed glens.

Sunlight filters down in shifting patterns, while moonlight turns the leaves to pale gold. Though beautiful indeed, this is no tame wilderness - ruins of long-forgotten forts lie deep amongt the trunks and mist gathers in hollows where strange lights drift at night.

Traders, pilgrims, rangers and wanderers all pass through its path, but each learns quickly that Silvershine does not suffer fools.

The Silvershine Woods

A STAR-LIT LAND BENEATH A GREEN CANOPY

The Longlands is a broad sweep of temperate country where wide skies meet rolling fields, and the land stretches in gentle rises from river valley to low hill. Hedgerows stitch together a patchwork of tilled farmland, sheep pasture, and meadows alive with skylarks. Villages huddle around greens or quays, their lanes edged with oak and elm, while lone towers and old barrows break the skyline.
